Should you wish to cancel an appointment, we will fully refund any deposit monies paid, provided that you notify us of your intention to cancel at least 5 hours before your appointment time. If you miss your appointment or notify us of your intention to cancel less than 5 hours before your appointment time, your deposit will not be refunded.
In unavoidable circumstances, we may need to rearrange or cancel your booking. In these instances, we will liaise with you to arrange a new appointment or treatment at a convenient time.
If you contact us shorter than 5 hours before your appointment time your cancellation will be considered a last minute’s cancellation. If any client has historically cancelled last minute more than twice, we will request you pay the deposit for your any future appointment.
Please contact us to reschedule / amend your appointment at least 2 hours before your appointment time. If less than 2 hours notice before your appointment time is given it will be considered a last minute reschedule/amend. More than twice for last minutes reschedule/amend your appointment, we will request you pay the deposit for your any future appointment.
We request a £30 deposit for any group booking (more than 2 customer at same time)
We request a £15 deposit if you have had more than two of late (later more than 10 minutes), last minutes cancellation, last minute reschedule or No Show
Arrival time and late arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. This will give you plenty of time to check in, use the restroom, fill out our compulsory client questionnaire and enjoy light refreshments.
Please contact us immediately if you think you may be late for your appointment. Later more than 10 minutes of your appointment time, your appointment may be at risk of being cancelled. This is subject to availability time of our beauticians.
If you arrive late, the duration of your appointment will be shortened accordingly. This is so that your appointment does not delay following clients. We will do everything we can to accommodate late arrivals, and we will try to offer as much of your booked service (depending on the treatment) as time allows. In some circumstances, however, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.
